Here we have Sadie displaying her beauty.
Sophie playing wildly with her toy while sitting on her scratching pad.
The dull khaki wall behind her is now purple. Sophie looks stunning with a purple backdrop.
Yes, this was the stray who made me woo her for three months before she’d come inside. Little stinker has settled in nicely.
She looks innocent enough. But at night she turns into ninja kitty running sorties from her room. Much to the chagrin of Sadie and Sally.
Here is Sadie being very bad with birthday flowers.
And again.
What do you mean, stop eating the flowers?
All the while, Sally has skittered off to the dining room rug, howling very loudly, very plaintively, before she pukes up the greenery she’s eaten. She announces she’s about to vomit with a sorry meow every time. Often I get to her in time to put a paper towel down for her to puke into.
Three very bad black kitties. Oh how I love them all.
Don’t we love them for being very bad kitties? 😉

Oh gorgeous kitties – yes we will follow and rush forward with paper towels – and console…somehow it’s our fault. Portraits of Black Kitties in their glory

Oh yes, rush forward and and bow down with profuse apologizes. And offer treats in recompense.

At least Sally gives you notice. There’s none of that here. 🙂

Sally always gives notice. Her “I’m going to vomit bits of flower leaves” meow is very distinct.

I’ve heard that “I’m gonna’ hurl” meow more than once… it was always a quick run/grab/move to try and get the kitty on a hard surface that’s easier to clean up than carpet. Fun!
Purple walls, Aqua walls… my walls need a little refreshing too… are you available for hire? 😉

Ha! They always want to hurl on the carpet. Never on the tile. Bad kitties! I don’t think you’d want to hire me. My edges are a work in progress. I’m going to have to paint the ceiling to fix it.

LOL… haven’t you heard of Frog Tape? I tried it on my last painting job and it worked pretty well.

too be fair… before discovering the aforementioned tape, I’ve had similar issues with straight lines…

I used blue tape. I don’t think it was frog tape. The purple bled through. Maybe I need frog tape when I do the ceiling to fix it.

I bought a house with boring white walls. Your bold colored walls are inspiring and make me want to run to Home Depot to check out paint swatches and re-do my living room (as a starting point).

I’ll get a photo of Sophie with the purple. It’s wonderful.
